The English Lab opens with your free EduVistaHQ parent account, the same one account that opens the Typing Lab and the Coding Lab. The free part is a complete start in reading, and there is nothing to buy today. More lessons are planned for later.
English Lab, free with your account
- 10 complete guided lessons: listening for sounds, the first eight letter sounds and your first blended words.
- Sound Studio to hear, say and compare sounds, with a mouth tip for each.
- One complete decodable story with read-to-me and read-by-myself.
- Two calm sound games: Sound Safari and Blend Builder, where the words you build grow your own world.
- Progress, stars and badges saved for each child in your parent account.
- Two voices, female and male, recorded for every sound and word.

- All 72 guided lessons across seven worlds, up to blends, digraphs, long vowels, vowel teams, r-controlled vowels, syllables, endings, bonus vowel sounds (oo, aw, igh, air, ear) and soft c and g.

- Printable activity packs and personalized review of the sounds that are hardest.

These are not open to families yet. We have not decided how they will open, and we will tell parents first.
