These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of eduvistahq.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
EduVistaHQ is a directory that helps families find local education providers and lets them share reviews. We are a platform for connecting families and providers, we do not employ, supervise, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any provider listed. You're responsible for doing your own diligence before engaging any provider you find here.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to legally enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Children use EduVistaHQ only through a parent's account, with the parent's permission, and do not have accounts of their own.
Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. You may not post a review for a business you have no real connection to, post multiple reviews for the same business from different accounts, or accept compensation in exchange for a review. Reviews found to violate these rules may be removed, and repeat violations may result in account suspension.
You're solely responsible for the content of your reviews. Reviews reflect the opinions of the individual reviewer, not EduVistaHQ. We do not verify the truth of review content, a “Verified” badge on a business only means we confirmed the business is real, never that any specific review is accurate.
If you register a business, you confirm you're authorized to do so and that the information you provide is accurate. We may review, verify, edit, or remove listings at our discretion, including before a listing goes live.
You may not: use the Service for anything illegal; post false, defamatory, or harassing content; impersonate another person or business; attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours; or interfere with the Service's normal operation (including scraping, spamming, or attempting to bypass rate limits or security measures).
You can report a review you believe violates these Terms using the “Report” option on any review, or through our Report a Review page. We review reports and may remove content or accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.
If you believe something on EduVistaHQ infringes your copyright, see our Copyright and DMCA notices page. We respond to valid notices and may end the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We don't guarantee the accuracy of listings or reviews, and we're not responsible for the conduct of any provider or user you interact with through the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EduVistaHQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages related to your interactions with providers or other users found through it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
